TOPIC: THE GOOD LIFE SCRIPTURE: JOHN 8:12 "Then Jesus again spoke to them, saying, 'I am the Light of the world; he who follows Me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the Light of life."

Welcome to BWC. What is the good life? For some, the good life is having a good health. For others, the good life is being rich and famous. For others too, the good life is having a peaceful marriage. For some people too, the good life is living a luxury life.

No matter what our perception of the good life is, there certainly can't be the good life without Jesus Christ. A lot of people attain the highest point in life but still feel empty and unfulfilled because they ignored the Lord of Life, Jesus Christ in the pursuit of their dreams.

Jesus Christ is the Lord of Life. He existed before all things and nothing exists without Him. You cannot have a good life without Jesus Christ. Our attempt at living the good life without Jesus Christ is vanity. Jesus is our completeness.

Life starts with Jesus Christ and ends with Jesus Christ. There are things in this world that can give us temporary happiness but true everlasting joy comes only through Jesus Christ. Jesus is the Lord of peace, only He can give us true peace. Our marriages won't hold without Jesus Christ.

Living the good life starts from knowing and accepting the Lord of Life, Jesus Christ. Let's not deceive ourselves, sex, alcohol and money can't satisfy us. These things give us temporary pleasure. Only Jesus can can satisfy us.

Do you want to live the good life? Get to know Jesus Christ and live in Him. Everything else is vanity. Jesus is the Alpha and Omega. Without Him, you are incomplete. He is the Good Life.
