BREAKFAST WITH CHRIST

TOPIC: WAIT ON THE LORD SCRIPTURE: ISAIAH 40:31 "But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint".

Waiting is never easy. As humans, we always feel God must grant our requests as and when we want. But God is sovereign. He doesn't work based on human timing. Walking with God requires a lot of patience and endurance.

It is never easy to wait on God. But any time we don't wait on God, we take the wrong decisions. There is a reason God delays answers to our prayers sometimes. God knows everything. He does everything according to His perfect timing.

Waiting on God is not a waste of time. You may grow weary, you may get frustrated waiting. You may feel like giving up. You may wonder if God is even listening to you. But God hears you when you pray. At the right time He will show up in your life.

God doesn't fail anyone who waits on Him. Waiting on God demands patience and faith. Whilst you are waiting on God, continue to pray harder. Have faith in God. He won't fail you. Even at the last moment, He will come through for you.

There is a reason God hasn't yet granted your request for a life partner, God has a reason for delaying your healing. God has a reason for delaying your breakthrough. He hasn't forgotten about you. He definitely has a plan for you. In His time, He will make everything beautiful for you. Be patient.

May God continue to renew your strength as you wait on Him. May the Spirit of the Lord hold you up. May God give you the Grace not to give up on Him. Be patient. Have faith. Keep praying. God will answer you when the time is right.
