Breakfast With Christ - Where Is God?

BREAKFAST WITH CHRIST

TOPIC: WHERE IS GOD? SCRIPTURE: HEBREWS 11:6 "And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to Him must believe that He exists and that He rewards those who earnestly seek Him."

Welcome to BWC. Where is God? This is a common question most of us ask in frustration when we are in a difficulty but God seems silent. One great attribute of God is that He is omnipresent. He is everywhere.

Many a time, most of us want to experience God through our senses before we believe that He is there. So we want to feel His presence, we want to see Him or experience Him physically before we believe. But God is a spirit not a physical being.

The scripture says "Whoever comes to God must BELIEVE that He exists.. ". Our relationship with God is built on faith and belief not on our physical senses. Jesus said "God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth."(John 4:24).

Child of God, you don't need to feel the presence of God to know that God is with you always. You just need to believe it. You need to have faith that God is always with you. Even in your struggles, God is with you. God never gives up on us.

You won't feel the presence of God when you are going through fire. It will seem like God has forsaken you. But He hasn't. All you need to do is to have faith. God always tests our faith. God is always with you. Just believe it.

God is there with you when all others forsake you. When you feel you have no one, remember you have a friend in Jesus Christ. So instead of asking "where is God"? You should rather thank Him for being with you. God always responds to our faith not our fears. Have faith in God. He never fails.
