BREAKFAST WITH CHRIST

TOPIC: LET GOD LEAD SCRIPTURE: PROVERBS 16:9 "In his heart, a man plans his way, but the LORD directs his steps".

We all have plans for our lives. Plans we hope we accomplish before we depart this earth. But how many of those plans do we commit into the hands of God? Do we even tell God about our plans?

ALLOW GOD TO LEAD In Jeremiah 29:11, we get to know that God actually thinks about us and has plans for each one of us. In our own personal lives too we have plans for our own lives. To make sure our personal plans are in line with God's plans for our lives, we need to surrender our plans to God.

To surrender our plans to God means to tell God about our plans and allow Him to have His way. God is sovereign but He doesn't force us to follow His plans. We need to allow God to have His way in our lives.

You may have plans for your life but God also has plans for you. God's plans are always bigger. You must submit to God's plan for your life. Let God lead you.

TRUST GOD'S PROCESS To let God lead means we must trust Him completely. God's ways are not ours. He operates on His own plans and timing. God's ways are not always comfortable but we must trust Him to lead us.

The Spirit of God won't take you to a place where His Grace cannot sustain you. When you trust God to lead you, He will get you to your destination safely. We must always pray and allow God to have His way in our lives. We must always ask God's Will to be done in our lives.

God knows what you don't know. He sees what you can't see. Depend on Him. Let Him lead you. Abide in His Will. Commit your plans into the Hands of the Lord and allow God to direct your steps.
