TOPIC: PERSONAL REVIVAL SCRIPTURE: PSALM 85:6 "Will thou not revive us again, that your people may rejoice in you?"

From 1906 to 1915, a life changing spiritual revival swept through California in the USA. This was a wide community revival led by the Pentecostal preacher William Seymour. This life changing experience is popularly called the Azusa Street Revival. The power of God changed a lot of lives.

Today, a lot of people continue to pray for such a revival in the 21st century. I believe we need such a community revival but more importantly, what we should be praying for now is a personal revival. Each of us need to ask God for a personal revival.

There are lots of us who have grown cold in our relationship with God. Our passion and commitment to God have reduced due to several reasons. We truly need God to revive us. Some of us used to be very active for God but for some reasons, we have relaxed now.

A lot of us can hardly spend time in prayer now. We have gone far from the Lord. We need a revival. Some of us too are going through difficult moments that have affected our relationship with God. We need a revival.

We need to revive our relationship with God. We need to regain our passion and love for God. In this day and age, only those who know their God can stand. You need to revive your relationship with God. Wake up please.

I want to encourage you today, to pray for a personal revival from God.

May God revive every aspect of your life. May God revive your love for Him. May God revive your broken health. May God revive your career. May God revive your finances. More importantly, may God revive your hunger for Him in Jesus' name. Amen
