TOPIC: GOD KNOWS BEST

SCRIPTURE: ISAIAH 55:8-9

“For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways,” says the LORD.

“For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts."

Have you ever tried to understand the ways of God? How successful was that attempt? Sometimes we try fruitlessly to figure out exactly what God is trying to do in our lives. When we don't understand His ways, we try to do things our own way.

The truth is this; God has a Way and His way is far above our own. Our job is not to try and figure out what God ways are. Our job as believers is to trust and believe in God. We must always trust that God knows best.

God's ways are not our ways. God sees what we can't see. He knows what we don't know. God knows better than us. Our human mind cannot understand all things. But God understands all things. God always has a plan for us and His plan is always the best.

You may have your own ways and your own plans for your life. But remember this "There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death" (Proverbs 14:12).

What we must do is to surrender our all to God and allow God to take control. We must surrender our plans to God. We must understand that God always knows what is best for us. God always does what is best for us.

Things may be going wrong in your life now and you are trying hard to figure a way out. Please, hand over everything to God in prayer. God knows better than you. Your job is to trust that God will do His job. You are worrying too much. You are thinking too much. Allow God to take control.

God's thoughts and ways are higher than yours. There are things only God can do for you. Don't become your own god. Allow God to be God in your life. Your job is not to understand God. Your job is to understand that God knows best. Trust Him.
