BREAKFAST WITH CHRIST

TOPIC: WHATSOEVER IS BORN OF GOD

SCRIPTURE: 1 JOHN 5:4

"For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world..."

Welcome to BWC. In today's scripture, the Word of God clearly tells us that to overcome the world, we must be born of God. To be born of God is to have the Spirit of God. To have the Spirit of God is to have Jesus Christ. To have Jesus Christ is to be born again.

To be born of God is to be born again. A person is Born again when the person completely surrenders his/her life to Jesus Christ and repents from all forms of sin. Whoever has Jesus Christ is a child of God. If you are a child of God, then you are an overcomer. You have no reason to fail in this world. Have faith.

Our relationships must be born of God. Our marriages must be born of God. Our businesses must be born of God. For a thing to be born of God, God must be at the center of it. For God to be at the center of it, that thing must glorify God. Any thing that doesn't glorify God, is not born of God.

For us to overcome all the adversities and succeed in this world, our lives in totality must glorify God. You cannot overcome the world if your life is not glorifying God. Is your life glorifying God? Are you living to please God?

You are an overcomer in Christ Jesus if only you are living for Jesus. God doesn't recognize any thing He is not part of. Today, make God the center of your life. Let your relationships glorify God. Let God be the center of your business. If God is at the center of everything you do, you shall surely overcome any obstacle you will face in this world. Stay blessed.
