TOPIC: IF NOT FOR GRACE

SCRIPTURE: 2 CORINTHIANS 2:13A

"And He said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.”

"Where would I be

You only know

You only see

Through eyes of love

A hopeless case

An empty place

If not for grace"

Where would we be if not for God's Grace? It is the Grace that keeps us alive. There were many times we were in danger but God's Grace kept us safe. There were many times we unknowingly took poisonous foods but God's Grace kept us alive. We certainly couldn't have survived all these time without God's Grace. We are alive only by Grace.

You may be eating well, exercising regularly and having regular medical check ups, but the only thing that keeps you alive is God's Grace. God's Grace heals us when we are sick. We need to live each day thanking God for His Grace.

We are saved by Grace. We don't deserve God's mercy. We were sinners waiting to be condemned to hell but God Grace saved us through Jesus Christ. That same Grace gives us the strength to continue living for God. We are what we are because of God's amazing Grace.

Apostle Paul once had a "thorn in the flesh". He prayed to God to take it away but God simply replied " My Grace is sufficient for you". What are you going through today? What is the thorn in your flesh? The Lord wants you to know that His Grace is sufficient for you. Don't worry, you are under Grace.

When we sin, God looks at us through the eyes of Grace. He doesn't condemn us, He gives us the Grace to repent. If you are living in an unrepentant sin today, please remember the Grace of God is available to you. Get back to God in repentance and He shall save you.

Where would we be if not for God's Grace? We are all we are because of His Grace. It is not because we are intelligent nor beautiful nor perfect. It is just by Grace. Let us live in His Grace but we must not take this Grace for granted.
