SCRIPTURE: JOHN 14:27

"Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid".

Welcome to BWC. These days, all we hear around us are terrible news. Every single day, the headlines of the news blogs are filled with bad news. Unexplained sudden deaths, fatal accidents, armed robbery, murder etc.

It is so easy to be troubled in these times even as a Christian. Most of us live in fear. Fear of the unknown. In all these, Jesus Christ has a simple message for you today, let not your heart be troubled.

If you are a Christian, there is a peace that Jesus gives you that surpasses all the troubles in this world. Peace in the midst of the storm, peace in sickness, peace when you are faced with difficulties. We need to guard our lives with the peace of the Lord.

Is your heart troubled? What are your worries? What are you scared of? Today, God wants you to rest in His peace. If you focus on the things happening around you, you will be scared. But let your focus be on the Lord. Do not be troubled, the peace of the Lord is with you.

Jesus Christ is our only chance of survival in this world and beyond. This world is full of storms; health issues, financial storms, relationship storms, family storms, but in the midst of the storm is the Lord Jesus Christ who is there to give you peace.

Today, may the peace of the Lord be with you. Be rest assured that with Jesus, you are secured. May the Lord calm every storm in your life and give you the strength to stand for Him even in this troubling times. Amen.
