TOPIC: WHO IS JESUS CHRIST? PART 8

SCRIPTURE: JOHN 14:6

"Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me"

Welcome to today's BWC. In the last few days, we have been looking at who Jesus Christ is. Today, we continue with that.

JESUS CHRIST IS OUR WAY

In today's scripture, Jesus Christ made a very bold declaration. Understandably, most people find it difficult to accept this statement. In a world where humans have created so many ways to God, it is quiet difficult for people to accept that Jesus Christ is the only Way to God. There is simply no other way.

Jesus Christ certainly wasn't joking when He made this statement. If we want to get to God, we need to do it through Jesus Christ. If we want to get to Heaven, we need to accept Jesus Christ. He is the ONLY WAY. All major religions in this world have a concept of a Supreme Being. What they disagree on is how to worship this Supreme Being. For us Christians, there is no other way to God except through Jesus Christ.

Jesus is our Way to success in this world, Jesus is our Way to healing, Jesus is our Way in the midst of troubles and He is our Way to salvation. When you are depressed, troubled and in pain, just call on Jesus, He is your Way. Glory be to God. Stay blessed!

Lord, thank you for being my Way. In you I have placed my hope and my trust. I know you won't fail me. Amen
