TOPIC: VALLEY OF DRY BONES
SCRIPTURE: EZEKIEL 37:2
"He led me back and forth among them, and I saw a great many bones on the floor of the valley, bones that were very dry."
Our Bible text for today is an excerpt of a vision God showed Prophet Ezekiel as recorded in the book of Ezekiel. In this vision, God took the prophet to a valley full of dry bones and told the prophet to prophesy for the dry bones to come to life. Let's look at some of the lessons we can learn from this story.
Ezekiel was taken to a valley. The valley represents the lowest point of our lives. That point we get to where our lives seems to have broken down. Nothing seems to be working for us. The dry bones represents a totally hopeless situation, a deadly situation. Some of us might be in situations which seem completely hopeless. We don't see how anything positive can come out of it. We are in the valley of dry bones. When Ezekiel thought everything was hopeless, God had a plan.
FAITH IN THE VALLEY
In the valley, God asked the prophet if the bones could live again(Ezekiel 37:3). Even though for Ezekiel, the situation looked completely hopeless, He knew nothing was impossible with God so he gave an answer full of faith. He said "Lord, only you know"(Ezekiel 37:3). That was faith. He could have said 'NO' based on what he saw but he left it in the hands of God. We all need to learn to live our situations in the hands of God.
POSITIVE DECLARATION
God asked the prophet to prophesy to the dry dry bones and he did. The dry bones came to life again. When you are in a valley of hopeless situations, you need to speak positively into your life. If you feel sick, declare that you are healed. Declare that you shall live and not die. Positive words backed by faith have the power to bring dry bones back to life.
Beloved, what ever your dry bones might be today, God says your dry bones can live again. The doctor's diagnosis isn't the end of your life, God can heal you. You won't be poor forever, you won't be jobless forever. Are you in a valley of dry bones? Have faith in God, declare His word into your life and God shall perform a miracle for you. Stay blessed.

Lord, today, I declare that every dry bones in my life shall come to life again. Amen.
