My Meditation - Only God Holds Our Destiny

There are some people we shall meet in the course of life who can be a channel of blessing to us but they will feel very reluctant to do so and their intention being that without them we will not amount to nothing in life.

In other words, they think they hold the keys to what God wants to do in our lives. I am just imagining the look on the face of Portiphor's wife when she heard that Joseph was announced the Prime minister of Egypt after she woefully accused him of rape.

Portiphor's wife could have easily recommended Joseph to her husband so he could obtain more favour but this she didn't. Come to think of it, the ways of God are always higher than that of man. He knows how to navigate us to our promise land.
