Our Deepest Fear
Mankind’s deepest fear is obviously death. There is an African proverb that goes, ‘’No matter how beautiful and well-crafted the coffin is, it will still not make anyone wish for death.’’The thought of being buried six feet under the ground and never returning makes it scary for everyone.
We all wish we could live happily forever and not die.
Lo! Death is an inevitable ladder that everyone will climb! (Hebrews 9:27). Whether strong or weak, rich or poor, young or old, we all will surely die! Hence, death shouldn’t be our fear since we can’t escape it. We should rather fear what comes after death if we have rejected JESUS.
Life does not end when we die. (Luke 16:19-25). After death comes judgment (Hebrews 9:27). Everyone will stand before Jesus and be judged according to our deeds - whether good or bad. (2 Corinthians 5:10, Revelation 20:12-14). Those who reject Jesus and ignore His message in this present life, will be destroyed forever with fire (2 Thessalonians 1:8-9, Revelation 20:15).

Accept Him today as your LORD and personal Savior and confess your sins to Him while you still have life to save yourself a better place when you die.
