MY MEDITATION - LEARN FROM THE PAIN
Pain and betrayal is part of life. Don't be in a hurry to shake it off when you encounter one. The brothers of Joseph might have thought the pain they caused him would terminate his dreams but little did they know that the ways of God is way beyond the reasoning of man. He knows our ways and our thoughts.
Learn from the pain because no matter how a crayon could be broken it can still be useful to the artist.
